Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management. This role involves overseeing various HR functions, including recruiting, performance management, payroll, and employee orientation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Conduct performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employee relations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR systems such as ADP or PeopleSoft.

Experience

• Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with a focus on recruiting, performance management, and payroll processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with human capital management practices and tools.
• Experience in conducting interviews and facilitating employee orientation programs is essential.
• Previous exposure to senior leadership collaboration is preferred.
