Panhandle Express is a family-owned business headquartered in Hereford, TX and a premier supplier of transportation and logistics for the livestock feeding industry in the Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and New Mexico region. We have both company drivers and owner operators using a diverse fleet of modern tractors pulling pneumatic, end dump, belly dump, walking floor, belt floor, and hopper trailers. Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee the Human Resource department with regards to marketing and recruitment of new employees, onboarding of new employees, retention of employees, benefits administration and communication to all employees, administrative tasks for all employees and lease drivers. Administer and coordinate company Safety goals and policies, oversee the Safety goals and objectives for all employees / lease drivers. Strategize and collaborate with Director of Human Resources and Safety Coordinator on projects and tasks as assigned

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
