At Camillus Health Concern, we believe that healthcare is a human right. For more than 40 years, we’ve provided compassionate, comprehensive health services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Miami-Dade County.

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Human Resources Manager to help us support and grow the incredible team of caregivers and staff who bring this mission to life every day.

What You’ll Do

As our HR Manager, you will:

• Lead recruitment and retention for clinical and non-clinical roles

• Champion an engaging workplace culture grounded in dignity and respect

• Support employees through every step of their lifecycle —

onboarding to development

• Oversee compliance, HR policies, benefits, and employee relations

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s a plus)

• 3+ years HR experience; healthcare or nonprofit preferred

• Strong HR compliance knowledge

• Exceptional communication and people skills

• Passion for community health and serving vulnerable populations

Location: Miami, FL — Onsite role

Employment Type: Part-time, Exempt

Schedule: 3 days a week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
