Qualified candidates will meet the following:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts amicably.
  • Design and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Administer performance management systems and support career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the manufacturing industry.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and enhance employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HR software and database management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; including Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a friendly disposition.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 + comprehensive benefits package
