HR Manager – Tech Holding Company (UAE & India)

Talent Connect Group is partnering with a fast-growing tech holding company that is building and scaling multiple businesses across the UAE and India .

They are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to operate at group level , supporting leadership across compliance, people strategy, and cross-border operations.

📍 Location: UAE

💼 Start Date: ASAP

💰 Salary: AED 23,000 per month

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic position suited to someone comfortable operating in a high-growth, tech-driven environment with exposure to multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

✔️ Strong, practical knowledge of UAE labour law

✔️ Solid understanding of Indian employment law and HR frameworks

✔️ Experience supporting multi-entity or holding-company structures

✔️ Payroll oversight and HR operations experience

✔️ Ability to partner closely with founders and senior leadership

✔️ Comfortable building policies, ensuring compliance, and scaling HR processes
