Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of human resources management, employment law, and talent development strategies. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing employee relations, compliance, and HR operations to foster a positive workplace environment and drive company success.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including strategic planning and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent.
- Manage employee performance management systems, employee evaluation procedures, and succession planning initiatives.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paychex), and workers' compensation claims to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law (including OSHA regulations) and manage contracts related to employment agreements.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict management, and discipline procedures to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Supervise HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, Taleo, Kronos, and others for data collection and analysis.
- Manage HR program management activities including change management, process improvement initiatives, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR-related projects such as organization design, HR analytics, budgeting, and policy development.
- Oversee compliance with federal/state regulations related to human capital management and ensure proper documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervising experience in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA regulations, and benefits administration.
- Strong skills in negotiation, conflict management, communication, presentation skills, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos, Paylocity; data analysis skills are essential.
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies including ATS systems like Taleo or Lever; expertise in recruiting techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with training & development programs as well as employee evaluation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are a plus.
