We’re looking for an HR Manager / People Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting people, and can bring structure, consistency, and heart to our growing operations.
What You’ll Do
Onboard With Energy & Kindness
· Lead onboarding for all new hires across multiple 7BREW stands.
· Create a welcoming, supportive new-hire experience rooted in Cultivating Kindness.
· Partner with regional and stand managers for staffing and training coordination.
· Maintain accurate and compliant employee documentation.
Support the Team & Solve Problems
· Serve as the primary resource for payroll questions and punch issues.
· Work with leaders to resolve timecard discrepancies and wage updates.
· Coordinate payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate pay.
· Assist employees with needed HR documentation and requests.
Manage Claims & Protect the Crew
· Handle all workers’ compensation claims from start to finish.
· Manage unemployment claims, documentation, and hearings.
· Review and ensure accuracy of incident reports.
Ensure Compliance & HR Excellence
· Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws.
· Update and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook.
· Support managers with corrective action documentation.
· Maintain confidentiality across all HR matters.
Champion the 7BREW Culture of Cultivating Kindness
· Promote 7BREW values: Speed, Energy, Positivity, Cultivating Kindness.
· Support managers in building uplifting team environments.
· Assist with recognition and engagement initiatives.
· Help ensure consistent culture across all stands.
What You Bring
· 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience (QSR or franchise preferred).
· Strong knowledge of onboarding, payroll, and claims processes.
· Excellent communication and follow-through.
· Ability to support multiple fast-paced locations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
