Purpose/Objective
He/She will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated business unit . This role acts as a strategic advisor to line management, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Business Alignment & Advisory

Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Management

Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams and hiring managers.

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build leadership and functional capabilities.
Employee Engagement & Culture

Implement employee engagement strategies and action plans based on feedback and surveys.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.

Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes.

Collaborate with GCC HR for payroll, benefits, and HRIS-related matters.
Data & Analytics

Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Monitor trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to proactively address issues.
Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management

Experience: over 10 years HR & Admin experience in Manufacturing setup

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement
