Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills, s, and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees utilizing company systems.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Lead performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, succession planning, and training & development programs.
- Oversee employee orientation programs and conduct organizational design reviews to optimize workforce structure.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote transparency and engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR leadership role with supervising experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law benefits administration, workers' compensation
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing
- Strong background in performance management processes such as employee evaluation systems and succession planning.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, program management, data collection & analysis skills for strategic planning purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff alike.
