Summary Statement: Responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, total rewards, and employee relations. Ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
DESIRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Background in finance and/or accounting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience with HRIS systems and standard HR tools. Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 20 pounds. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment and meet with staff.
