Human Resources Job Responsibilities
Focus on administrative work that keeps HR operation running efficiently. They handle employee records, prepare HR reports, manage attendance data and provide support to the Director of EVS. They ensure that employee information is accurately recorded and secured. Human Resources is a vital function in any organization, dedicated to managing people, processes, policies and culture. The HR department manages all core functions including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
· Enforce all company policies and in compliance with Labor Laws and workplace safety standards.
· Support payroll processing, employee timesheets, employee & management leave are handled accurately.
· Log all incoming customer calls and employee attendance
· Maintain and update employee records, HR files and CAT folders.
· Respond to all HR-queries and concerns
· Prepare letters, reports and employee correspondence.
· Record and update all employee Immunizations records.
· Assisting in recruitment, onboarding process and orientation
· Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews
· Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
· Maintain recruitment spreadsheet and track hiring
· Handling sensitive personal information
· Upload all potential new hire information to ShareFile.
· Update employees on any changes taking place.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
· 2-5 years of HR or Administrative experience
· Strong communication, organizational skills and time management abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
