Human Resources Manager

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) for travel and immigration also we have call center so HR need to hire team for that as well.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Manage employee records, attendance, leaves & HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs & compliance
• Handle employee engagement, grievances & performance tracking
• Assist in training, appraisal & retention strategies
• Ensure discipline and positive work culture in the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹49,779.29 per month
