Summary: Administer company policies and programs in accordance with the company’s direction. The major functions are, Field Operations, Employee Relation issues, Safety, Productivity, and Pay Rate analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assures administration and compliance with company policies

Directs employment activities, assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited, interviewed and hired for company positions using our ATS.
- Coordinates and participates with managers in disciplinary or termination proceedings to assure compliance and fairness in application.

Assures that company employment, personnel, and equal opportunity practices comply with the applicable provisions of federal and state laws, including the maintenance of necessary files. Prepares the information requested or required for compliance and reports.

Investigates any complaints with employment law

Initiates and oversees training of employees through company LMS system

Manages performance reviews and profile testing in TQ

Manages all Safety Programs

Oversees United Way and other Community programs

Manages Employee Engagement surveys

Engages field operations with employee retention and turnover reduction

Productivity and Accuracy Policy review in conjunction with Division Ops

Investigating network calls (Employees complaints)

Pay Rate analysis and review

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management

1-5 years of generalist experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, reasoning skills and leadership skills

Familiarity with applicable state and federal laws
-
Ability to communicate will all levels of employees
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Human Resource systems preferably PeopleSoft; and excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint skills.
