Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading HR operations at the branch, regional, or corporate level to support business goals and ensure consistent delivery of HR services. This role oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, policy compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Manager partners closely with operational leaders and cross-functional departments to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support organizational growth across field and office teams.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on human resources matters, including performance management, coaching, compensation, and policy interpretation.

Oversee and manage employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions in a timely, objective, and legally compliant manner.

Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition and operational managers.

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and update documentation as needed in alignment with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Lead HR processes including annual performance reviews, compensation changes, employee development plans, and succession planning efforts.

Facilitate training programs and compliance initiatives related to safety, harassment prevention, and leadership development.

Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to address employee questions, leave of absence requests, and personnel transactions.

Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and develop solutions.

Promote a culture of inclusivity, professional growth, and operational excellence across both technical and administrative teams.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights.

Contribute to special projects or company initiatives related to integration, policy standardization, or system implementation.
