Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, facilitating effective communication, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management programs, including employee evaluations, succession planning, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), labor laws, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing through systems like Workday or ADP, and benefits administration.
- Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards.
- Expertise in talent acquisition techniques including sourcing (HR sourcing), interviewing (including behavioral interviewing), and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict management, and employee relations to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Ceridian, or similar systems for payroll processing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leadership and staff at all levels.
- Experience in program management related to training & development initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with strategic planning tools like succession planning models and organization design principles.
- Knowledge of various HR software systems including Kronos (timekeeping), Paychex (payroll), Taleo (applicant tracking system), Paylocity or SAP SuccessFactors for effective HR operations. Pay: $55,707.50 - $800,000.00 per year
