As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support our most valuable asset—our employees.

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. This hands-on role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance for approximately 300 employees. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of HR best practices in a blue-collar, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

· Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for a high-volume, hourly workforce, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and effectively.

· Oversee and administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs.

· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices and update policies as needed.

· Administer performance management programs that drive high performance and employee development.

· Identify training needs for teams and individuals; organize and manage training initiatives.

· Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.

· Lead efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe company culture.

· Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of current, progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.

· Proven experience in a high-employee-count environment (200+ employees).

· SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is strongly recommended, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

· In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.

· Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office.

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to various worksites as needed.
