Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Well-versed with computers and MS Office
- Experience working with ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Plan and execute onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes
- Maintain attendance records, coordinate payroll, and manage leave systems
- Ensure smooth HR operations through effective use of ERP software
- Organize and support employee training and development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices
