United Hitech Private Limited (UHPL) is a leading service provider in thermal power plant maintenance and overhauling, executing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), shutdowns, and multi-location industrial projects across India.

We are looking for an HR / Payroll / Accounts Executive to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, recruitment coordination, and HR process implementation for our growing organization. The role will be based in Delhi, with regular coordination and travel across project sites in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, and other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for office staff and site-deployed manpower, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
  • Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and PT; prepare challans, returns, and statutory reports
  • Coordinate with Site Incharges and Site HR/Admin staff to validate attendance, overtime, and incentive data
  • Support recruitment activities using job portals, recruitment software, consultants, and referrals for site and office roles
  • Coordinate interviews, offer issuance, onboarding documentation, and employee record management
  • Implement, administer, and improve HRMS/payroll systems, including employee master data, attendance, leave, and payroll workflows
  • Act as the coordination point between Head Office, site teams, finance, and external consultants during audits and inspections

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, payroll, compliance, and recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll tools (GreytHR, Keka, Zoho, SAP HR, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in EPC, power, construction, or industrial project environments preferred
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, ownership, and ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-site setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
