Job Title: Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of our organization. You will lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in human capital management will empower you to foster an environment where employees thrive and contribute to our collective success.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and development programs to support continuous growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
• Administer benefits programs and oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organization design to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) tools to standardize workflows.

Basic qualifications

• Extensive ADP Workforce Now experience
• Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle contracts and manage benefits administration effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements and best practices.

Preferred qualifications

• Supervisory experience in leading HR projects.
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
