Job Description

Jasper Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for freshers or junior HR professionals who want to build a strong career in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Posting job openings on portals, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with technical teams
• Maintaining interview records and follow-ups
• Issuing offer letters and appointment letters

2. Employee Onboarding

• Handling joining formalities and documentation
• Explaining company policies and rules
• Maintaining employee records (digital & physical)
• Coordinating system/email access with the IT team

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Tracking daily attendance and work hours
• Maintaining leave records
• Coordinating with team leads for approvals

4. HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintaining employee files and HR data
• Preparing basic HR reports
• Drafting warning letters, confirmation letters, experience letters
• Supporting payroll coordination with accounts team

5. Employee Coordination

• Acting as a point of contact between management and employees
• Handling basic employee queries
• Supporting a positive work environment

6. Training & Intern Management

• Coordinating training schedules for interns/freshers
• Maintaining trainee performance records
• Assisting in onboarding interns and trainees

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / pursuing graduation (HR, Management preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
