Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete human resources function, including performance management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, attendance, performance appraisal, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture
• Support management with HR planning and organizational development

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as HR Manager or in a senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
