1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct employee induction programs
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires
3. HR Operations
- Manage employee records, HRMS, and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, and letters (offer, appointment, warning, etc.)
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Plan engagement activities and internal communication
- Maintain a positive work culture
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate goal setting and reviews
- Assist managers with feedback processes
Experience
- 1–3+ years in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role
- Experience in handling the complete HR cycle independently
Preferred Background
- HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Manager
- Experience in service-based industries is a plus
