1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct employee induction programs
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires

3. HR Operations

  • Manage employee records, HRMS, and documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS
  • Draft HR policies, SOPs, and letters (offer, appointment, warning, etc.)

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Plan engagement activities and internal communication
  • Maintain a positive work culture

5. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Coordinate goal setting and reviews
  • Assist managers with feedback processes

Experience

  • 1–3+ years in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role
  • Experience in handling the complete HR cycle independently

Preferred Background

  • HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Manager
  • Experience in service-based industries is a plus
