We are a fast-growing company expanding into multiple ventures and are looking for a highly capable HR professionalwho can organize, structure, and scale our workforce.

This role is ideal for a young, experienced HR leader who understands modern hiring, people management, and workplace culture—and can bring discipline without killing momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring the right talent
• Organizing company structure across multiple ventures
• Employee management, attendance, records & compliance
• Building HR processes, policies & professional workplace standards
• Managing onboarding, training coordination & performance tracking
• Planning and organizing company meetings, internal events & functions
• Acting as a bridge between management and employees
• Ensuring professional conduct, discipline & healthy work culture

Requirements

• Well-educated with strong knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Proven experience in growing organizations or startups
• Strong hiring skills and people assessment ability
• Digitally skilled (HR tools, Excel, Google Workspace, basic HR software)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and multiple business units
• Professional, ethical, and process-driven mindset

HR certifications or formal HR courses preferred
