JOB DESCRIPTION
- Define KPIs, targets, and productivity metrics aligned with business goals.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
- Prepare performance dashboards and MIS reports for management.
- Achieved targets
- Revenue realization
- Compliance adherence
- Ensure incentive payouts follow payroll, tax, and statutory rules.
- Prevent unauthorized or unethical incentive practices.
- Performance reviews
- Warning letters & PIPs
- Incentive approvals
- Provide regular performance analysis to senior management.
- Manage performance-based exits legally and ethically.
- Ensure proper documentation for terminations due to non-performance.
- Reduce legal and reputational risks related to HR and sales practices.
