HR Manager (Male/Female) - Saudi National
Job Summary:
Lead and manage all Human Resources functions within the company, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. The role focuses on enhancing organizational performance and building a professional work environment that supports the growth and expansion of the company's business
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company's objectives
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and Saudization programs
- Develop, review, and update internal HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee affairs, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personnel files
- Supervise payroll and employee benefits in coordination with the Finance Department
- Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources regulations, GOSI, and related government platforms
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and monitor KPIs
- Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives
- Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture while professionally handling employee relations
Required Qualifications:
- Saudi national (Male/Female)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within companies in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience working with all relevant government platforms
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Strong leadership personality combining firmness with flexibility
