We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department, foster a positive work environment, and support our combined operations. The HR Manager will oversee hiring and interviewing, administer pay and benefits, enforce company policies, and drive organizational development.
Duties:

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy for current and future needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Manages the full talent acquisition process, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills.

conducts background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and implements comprehensive new hire orientations.

Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researching competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.

Performs routine tasks to administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, productivity, occupational health and safety, and morale recognition.

Creates learning and development programs and tracks compliance with mandatory training, continuing education, professional licensure, and safety certifications.

Provides support to management and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive issues, handling inquiries and overseeing disciplinary meetings or investigations.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, reviewing policies and practices to recommend best practices.

Maintains knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Proven record of strategic partnerships that enhance the HR experience.

Experience working in a Start-up Environment

Excellent written and verbal public presentation /communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required.

Able to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.

At least 3 years of human resource experience preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
