Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees and applicants, providing essential administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and record management. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and comply with all labor regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITLES:

* Recruitment Support: Post job openings to external boards (e.g., Indeed, Linkedin), screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

*Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new-hire packets, verity I-9 documentation, and conduct initial orientation sessions to welcome new team members.

*Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files, ensuring high levels of confidentiality and data integrity in our HRIS (Paychex).

*Employee Relations: Answer basic staff inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and paid time off (PTO) accruals.

*Administrative Tasks: Assist with payroll processing, track attendance/absenteeism, and help organize company-wide training or engagement events.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's or in Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related field is strongly preferred.

*Experience: 0-2 Years of Administrative or HR experience, internships in a professional office environment are a plus.

*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

*Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with all levels of the organization.

* Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

* High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
