Human Resources Manager (Healthcare / Home Care)
Overview
New Hampshire Home Care Providers is seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support a growing healthcare team. This is a key leadership role responsible for hiring, compliance, and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready at all times.
Compensation
Starting at $57,600 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Oversee and maintain accurate personnel files and documentation
- Supervise and train HR Coordinators and Medical Records staff
- Ensure the organization is consistently survey and audit ready
- Support compliance, including HIPAA standards
- Assist with audits, licensing surveys, and regulatory requirements
- Address and manage employee concerns and grievances
- Coordinate staff training and annual in-service planning
- Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on HR processes and improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 3 years of recent HR experience, preferably in healthcare or home care
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and BEAS Registry Check
Additional Information
- Reports directly to the Administrator
- No exposure to bloodborne pathogens (Category C)
