Tilson is seeking a proactive and people-centered Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and help cultivate a workplace culture built on family, respect, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll oversee all core HR functions—including employee relations, compliance, talent development, benefits, and recruitment—while partnering closely with leadership to support organizational goals.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in HR management, a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus.
