Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s (MBA/MSHRM) preferred
10+ yrs of HR experience with 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
2–3+ years of people leadership experience
HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence operations leadership
Strong experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
Experience implementing engagement and talent development strategies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all employee levels
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Scope and Functionality
Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of Senior People Partners, People Partners, and Coordinators
- Establish and execute workforce strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Drive large-scale change initiatives across manufacturing environments
Talent & Culture
- Build and execute talent strategies to develop a high-performing workforce
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and career development initiatives
- Align performance management and reward systems to reinforce a culture of accountability and innovation
- Coach leaders through feedback, performance, and development processes
Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on organizational effectiveness and people challenges
- Analyze workforce trends and implement solutions that improve business outcomes
- Ensure HR programs are aligned with operational priorities and deliver measurable results
Operational Excellence
- Oversee deployment and sustainability of HR programs across sites
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Lead communication strategies to effectively cascade key initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery
