Job Overview
We are seeking a part time dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, enforce structure and lead team meetings as needed. You will also help with driving talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees through engaging orientation programs.
• Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws including FMLA regulations, affirmative action planning, and contract management.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law compliance.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and employee onboarding processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
• Expertise in performance management systems, employee evaluation techniques, and training & development programs.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and convey complex HR policies clearly.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
