Spirits in Defense Security Inc. is a growing professional security services company committed to excellence, integrity, and safety. We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources operations as we continue to expand.

Position Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce, maintaining compliance, and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting jobs, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with California labor laws

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration

- Ensure proper licensing and certification tracking (e.g., guard cards)

- Support management with HR strategies and workforce planning

- Conduct training and development programs

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in the security industry (preferred but not required)

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
