Human Resources Manager

Littleton Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time HR Manager/Payroll/AP to join our dynamic team. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Position Title: HR Manager/Payroll/AP

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Littleton, CO

Pay: $60,000-$65,000 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and accounts payable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain high confidentiality
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with staffing needs.
  • Resolving conflict among employees.
  • Knowledge with payroll and accounts receivable.

Experience:

  • Corrected payroll discrepancies with a high sense of urgency and maintained accurate tax records.
  • Reconciled vendor statements and maintained meticulous records for month-end close.
  • Creating strategic HR plans
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with conflict management expertise to foster positive employee relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, data entry accuracy, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration including health insurance plans and retirement programs using platforms like Paychex or Paylocity.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives effectively while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.   • Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
