Aux Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company in San Francisco on a standout Founding People Ops / Sr. HR Generalist search. This company has recently raised a significant Series A and is now hiring its first dedicated People Leader to help build the operational foundation for its next stage of growth. This is a true ground-floor opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, bringing clarity to fast-moving environments, and building scalable People processes from scratch.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): Full employee lifecycle management (onboarding → offboarding), HR operations, compliance, and benefits administration, Payroll and systems partnership with Finance (Rippling), California employment law guidance and implementation, Building foundational People infrastructure as the company scales

Requirements: 4–7 years of HR/People Ops experience, ideally within an early-stage or venture-backed environment, who thrives in highly autonomous roles and enjoys operating as a builder.

Schedule: In office 5 days/week, Full Time

Pay: $140,000–$185,000/year (depending on experience) + equity + comprehensive benefits
