What you’ll do

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent through effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on conflict management and employee relations to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations while managing workers' compensation claims.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday or Paycor for efficient data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational design initiatives.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate contracts and manage employee relations effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems such as Paycor.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in program management and process improvement initiatives.
