Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands on HR & Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations, handle employee relations and grievances, and manage blue collar recruitment for our warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day to day functioning across departments while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations and grievances with a fair, solution oriented approach.
  • Manage blue collar recruitment (warehouse staff, helpers, loaders, drivers, etc.): sourcing, screening, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely renewals of visas, contracts, and IDs.
  • Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions where required.
  • Develop and maintain company HR policies and ensure adherence to UAE labor law.
  • Organize basic training/orientation for new staff on company procedures and workplace conduct.
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily warehouse and office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth coordination.
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to meet daily business requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track inventory, dispatch schedules, and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor operational costs and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and external agencies for operational needs.
  • Manage office administration, including procurement of supplies and service providers.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in day to day decision making related to people and operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of HR & operations experience in trading, retail, or logistics (preferably in footwear or stock lot business).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience handling blue collar recruitment and workforce management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced trading environment.
