Overview
The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations and partner with leadership to support business objectives through effective people management practices. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, knowledgeable in employment laws, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities.
Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll coordination
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS, Paycom and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
