Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to attract top talent through innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives to ensure continuous growth and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering effective communication across teams.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and retirement plans like Paychex or ADP.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements across all HR functions.
- Lead change management projects related to organizational design, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and workforce management systems such as Kronos or UltiPro.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee evaluation, performance management, and succession planning.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems such as PeopleSoft or Ceridian.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership teams and employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative functions like data collection, data entry, contracts management, and social media management for employer branding purposes. Pay: $63,884.82 - $76,936.56 per year
