Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in an HR managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
