Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Develop manpower plans based on project requirements.
  • Manage recruitment for site and office staff.
  • Coordinate workforce requirements with project managers and department heads.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and overseas hiring partners when required.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Advise management on employee relations matters.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll processing and leave administration.
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and employee benefits.
  • Manage end-of-service settlements and employee welfare programs.

Training & Development

  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Organize technical, safety, and compliance training programs.
  • Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.

Strategic HR Support

  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, roads, or bridge projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
  • Experience managing large project-based workforces.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
