Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop manpower plans based on project requirements.
- Manage recruitment for site and office staff.
- Coordinate workforce requirements with project managers and department heads.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and overseas hiring partners when required.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Advise management on employee relations matters.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll processing and leave administration.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries and employee benefits.
- Manage end-of-service settlements and employee welfare programs.
Training & Development
- Identify training and development needs.
- Organize technical, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
Strategic HR Support
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, roads, or bridge projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
- Experience managing large project-based workforces.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
