The Human Resources Manager supports the overall people operations of the organization by helping foster a professional, compliant, and employee-focused work environment. This role serves as a key point of support for both employees and leadership while contributing to the company’s organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all human resources functions for a construction company, strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, culture, benefits administration, compliance, training, performance management, payroll coordination, workers' compensation, 401(k) support and safety support. Serves as the primary HR resource for all employees, supervisors, and executive management.
