Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce engagement, ensure adherence to employment laws, and support our company's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing, candidate selection, background checks, onboarding coordination with internal departments and payroll, and oversight of relationships and contracts with external staffing and HR service providers.
Payroll & Personnel Administration – Process bi-weekly payroll, review timekeeping records, and ensure accuracy. Create and maintain complete, compliant personnel and medical files. Manage the Zoho People portal.
Benefits Administration - Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, and retirement plans. Coordinate enrollment, changes, and annual benefit meetings with insurance and retirement plan providers.
Employee Relations & Engagement - Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations matters. Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies. Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities. Support performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & Safety - Serve as Safety Officer, maintaining safety manuals, and conducting required training and drills. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, HIPAA, CMS, and HQAA regulations. Assist with accreditation activities and documentation. Oversee policy and procedure manuals and employee competency requirements.
Facilities Support - Monitor building cleanliness, maintenance services, and document destruction vendors.
