We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee performance evaluations and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee records and HR reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
