Human Resources Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth through effective change management, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management.
  • Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans like Paychex or ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA; manage contracts and legal documentation accurately.
  • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering a positive work environment through communication skills and social media management.
  • Support change management initiatives by designing organization structures and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management and organizational design.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, UltiPro, or Paylocity; experience with data collection and entry is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and implementing talent management programs including recruiting and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with administrative experience in HR functions like payroll processing using systems such as Kronos or Dayforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and HRIS administration.
  • Relevant certifications or training in HR practices are preferred; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or PeopleSoft is a plus. Pay: $63,112.29 - $76,006.20 per year
