Human Resources Manager

Maui Behavioral Health Resources is a Tri-agency composed of three non-profit entities delivering behavioral health services, adolescents to adults on the island of Maui.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for human resources function of Maui Behavioral Health Resources including overall administration of training and employee development, benefits, policies and procedures, performance management and performance appraisal process, new employee orientation, employee relations, conflict mediation, recruitment, retention, and employee recognition. Also serves as Safety Coordinator of Safety Team.

Qualifications:

Education: B.A. in Business Management, Human Resources or other related field required. SHRM certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum three years previous work experience in supervisory or manager position requiring human resources and management background.

Other: Current driver’s license, clean driving abstract and access to insured vehicle and current car insurance
