We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all HR functions across our growing organization.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role will partner with leadership to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training initiatives for both clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
  • Partner with clinical directors and operations leadership to forecast staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies for BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA).
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in alignment with company culture and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead performance evaluation processes and support professional development programs.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on HR-related matters.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy settings.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
