About Us
Precious Care ABA is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider offering in-home and center-based services. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking an experienced ABA-focused HR professional to lead and manage our Human Resources department.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Manager with direct ABA industry experience to oversee all HR functions. This role will be responsible for compliance, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems across a growing clinical workforce.
This role is NOT entry-level. Prior ABA HR experience is required.
