Human Resources Manager - ARABIC SPEAKER - FEMALE With License

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports the organization’s goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training and development needs and organize learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
