Human Resources Manager (Bilingual)

HR & Operations Specialist

Key-In Nutrition is a fast-growing ingredient distributor specializing in dietary supplement raw materials, including herbal extracts, fruit powders, sweeteners, and minerals.

We are building a structured and scalable organization to support rapid growth and are looking for a hands-on team member to help us grow efficiently.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven HR & Operations Specialist to support both recruiting and internal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structure within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities - Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting:
  • Job postings (Indeed, LinkedIn, recruiters)
  • Resume screening and initial interviews
  • Interview coordination with hiring managers
  • Offer preparation and onboarding
  • Build talent pipelines, especially for Sales and Operations roles
  • Improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Prepare and manage HR documents:
  • Offer letters
  • NDAs
  • Basic employee handbook
  • Track attendance, PTO, and employee status
  • Support basic employee relations

Administrative & Internal Operations

  • Manage employee expense reimbursement process
  • Maintain and enforce travel and expense policies
  • Track and organize receipts and expense records (Google Drive / Sheets)
  • Manage company credit card usage and expense tracking
  • Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support internal documentation and SOP development

Cross-functional Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance teams
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and external HR consultants if needed
  • Support implementation of internal systems (CRM, tracking tools, etc.)

Qualifications Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administrative roles
  • Strong recruiting experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment

Preferred

  • Experience in small to mid-size companies or startup environments
  • Familiarity with expense management and reimbursement processes
  • Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
