Human Resources Manager F&B

Job Overview

We are representing a leading and dynamic organisation in the Food & Beverage sector, currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager (F&B) to join their team. This is a full time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands on approach, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and productive company culture, ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in the industry. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees for various F&B roles.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company values and providing guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes, ensuring staff development and progression.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up to date with Saudi Arabian labour laws.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programmes to ensure they are competitive and equitable.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in another senior HR executive role.
  • Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), hospitality, or a related fast paced industry is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is highly desirable.
  • In depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
